In the first part of a series of portraits dedicated to the winegrowers of the Beaujolais appellations, this article introduces the complementary duo Sébastien Dupré / Guillaume Goujon. The story of how we met and our experiences, particularly in the Larzac region and at the Domaine du Montcalmès, are highlighted here. In addition, we share our convictions on organic farming, agroecology and our ambition to promote Gamay and our terroirs as they deserve.
